Schedule your inspection online or by phone. We'll confirm the date and time, and send you a checklist of how to prepare the property — including ensuring utilities are on and access is available.

Your inspector arrives on time and introduces themselves. We discuss any specific concerns you have about the property before beginning the inspection.

We start outside, examining the roof, siding, grading, drainage, foundation, windows, doors, decks, driveways, and landscaping for signs of damage or deferred maintenance.

We move inside to evaluate the electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, water heater, attic, insulation, ventilation, bathrooms, kitchen, and every accessible room in the home.

After completing the inspection, we walk through the key findings with you on-site. This is your chance to ask questions, see issues firsthand, and understand what matters most.

You receive a comprehensive digital report the same day — complete with high-resolution photos, detailed descriptions, severity ratings, and actionable recommendations.
