Everything you need to know about our inspection services.
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential property's accessible systems and components. It's designed to identify defects, safety concerns, and deferred maintenance so buyers can make informed decisions.
A standard home inspection typically takes 2-3 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Larger or older homes may take longer.
Absolutely. We encourage all clients to attend. Walking through the property with your inspector gives you the chance to see findings firsthand and ask questions in real time.
You'll receive your detailed, photo-rich digital report the same day as your inspection — typically within a few hours of completion.
A comprehensive, easy-to-read report with photos of every finding, severity ratings, descriptions of the issue, and clear recommendations for repair or further evaluation.
We recommend scheduling as soon as you have a signed contract. We typically have availability within 48 hours, but popular times book quickly.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due at the time of inspection.
